The Last Post.
Three and a half years ago I began the Idyll Blog. It has been a labour of love, an opportunity to showcase the most idyllic work created by Flickr photographers, and I feel privileged to have been able to blog so many wonderful shots.
But all good things must come to an end, and the Idyll Blog is no exception. I would like to thank all the photographers whose work has graced these pages - you have enriched our lives, and we are very grateful for the beauty and serenity your work has brought us.
A final note: if you have arrived here in a search for tranquillity, take a stroll through the Idyll Blog archives. They contain some remarkable photos which definitely deserve another look...
